Nate Diaz, a professional fighter currently signed with the UFC, has been entirely justified and is completely ready to face another well-known fighter Jorge Masvidal.
Earlier, the American was exonerated by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency and the UFC. Thus, the fighter was only waiting for the state athletic commission’s decision.
Having reviewed the documentation confirming the fighter had not taken illicit substances, the commission allowed Diaz to participate in the fight.
The commission’s representative claimed that they had taken into account the laboratory and medical analyses obtained from the USADA, reviewed them and made a decision not to disqualify Diaz from taking part in the forthcoming UFC 244 event.
It is noteworthy that the UFC persistently defended the fighter after he shared information that he had failed a drug test on the eve of the fight. However, the American said that he would not stay calm and do nothing. Rather, he would fight to clear his name. The UFC eventually concluded that the American’s positive result was linked to his diet consisting of plant-based multivitamins.
As mentioned earlier, Tyson Fury, a former heavyweight champion, is going to end his professional career in 2020.
