Unregulated Gambling Machines Increase in Number, AGA Warns

The association has informed players about the possible risks, saying that companies, which own these devices, utilize loopholes in the law to provide illegal services.

The main reason why gamblers should avoid such machines is that they aren’t approved and certified. It means that their results can be unfair. Licensed providers have a document, which proves that gambling devices function in compliance with all regulations and, what is more important, their technical features don’t make the results fake.

In addition to this, manufacturers that hold licenses are connected to self-exclusion systems, which help players who suffer from gambling addiction to restrict themselves from this activity. The devices, which aren’t controlled by the regulatory bodies, can cause harm to vulnerable users. Companies operating within the black market don’t pay taxes to the government and compromise the gambling industry in general.
