PokerStars announced the new deal with the Brazilian star footballer, Neymar. The latter was a partner of the card room a few years ago, while now rejoining the poker operator. Login Casino follows the latest poker news and describes the deal in more detail.

Another Partnership Between Neymar and PokerStars

Being a passionate poker player, Neymar Junior regularly visits both offline and online poker events. He was a regular participant of Barcelona EPT poker events when he was playing for the Catalonian giant. Moreover, he was a member of the final table competitions, which shows not only his football skills' high class.

Interestingly, but that is not the first cooperation between the sides. Neymar signed the ambassador deal with PokerStars in 2015, joining other famous sportsmen Nadal and Ronaldo in a brand promotion agreement.

However, this time his role isn't defined as the brand's ambassador. Nevertheless, there is no doubt that the Brazilian attacker will help to promote the poker room worldwide. He will probably actively participate in PokerStars' tournaments and advertising campaigns as part of the new agreement.

Why does this deal make sense?

The primary emphasis during the deal announcement was made on promoting entertainment by a really passionate person. Operator's representative, Martin Nieri, commented on the deal as a try to reach a new level of communication and energy with the clients. There are no doubts that thousands of people would be entering the poker room with Neymar at the table with greater excitement.

As the recent poker competitions are still going online, the usage of web cameras can make a difference. Entering the competitive live stream with the global football star can become a new trend in the industry.
