$60M GTD during the New Year Period on PokerStars

The world-leading poker platform announced the huge event called Blowout Series. According to the official information, the provider guarantees $60 million across 88 events. The regarded event will take place online from December 27 and will last until January 19.

Buy-ins spreading and schedule of major events

Traditionally, the events’ variety is huge, including the buy-ins spreading. Generally, the series is divided into High, Medium, and Low tiers concerning the entry amount. If to deepen into specific numbers, the buy-ins will start from $2.2 and up to $5200, including median entries of 5.5, 11, 22, 55, 109, 215, 530, and 1050 (all in US dollars).

The special attention belongs to Big Blowout events with a 5 million dollars GTD prize pool. There will be four such events held on Sundays, all with various buy-ins. The opening December 27th headliner will be available with $109 entry amount, January 3rd with $215, January 10th with $530, and the last one will have $1050 buy-in on January 17.

Every day, there will be events of all three tiers, though players can participate anytime during the winter holiday period. Depending on the number of buy-ins, the overall prize pool can significantly increase and help players to be happier.
